Description

Our new budgie from the shelter, Jesse Quick. He's young, still with some baby features, and we think he came from a hording situation; the local shelter took in 20 and there were more that went elsewhere. Also, he is already familiar with cockatiels, and he and several of the others there exhibited beak-grinding, a sound cockatiels make when happy and at ease.
