Criminara Turkey and Rice

Take 2 cups Criminara Sauce in a medium-large saucepan, add 1 lb ground turkey and 4 small, strong red onions with stalks (chopped). Set heat to 7 or medium-medium high. Brown meat. Add 1/2 lb frozen leaf spinach, 2 tsp kosher salt, and 1.5 cups water. Stir together, bring to boil on high. Add 1 cup jasmine rise, stir in, cover and cook for 15 minutes on low.
