Up Over 11

I've always been fascinated with the land down under, ever since I was a kid. I only ever made it half way there, though; I grew up in Hawaii, and now live in Illinois. I've a fair collection of Australian hats, including this one, an authentic Australian Army slouch hat from the 1960s or 70s. Note the nice metal insignia, and the brim is held up by a latch rather than a simple snap.

Also, featured here are the goggles and pocket compass I designed, and an example of how to turn a belt into a nice old-fashioned tie.
