They're invading! Tiny aliens ply our waters looking to take over!
Okay, maybe not. But somebody IS building mock vessels of war and releasing them in the retaining ponds near the Walmart here in DeKalb. Releasing and moving them about, as I've observed different numbers at different times in four different retaining ponds. The first two were in the one farthest north, the next one was by itself in the one closer to the highway directly in front of Walmart, the next five are all from the pond by Lowes, and the last three all came from the nearer pond in front of Walmart, which I had previously seen holding as many as five at once, including one wrecked 'ship' that is now gone. We have here a variety of battleships, frigates, and submarines. Why? I'd love to know myself. I admit to being curious about both why and who.
