Wash and dice one very large garnet yam and place in large deep skillet. Add vegetable oil, 1 tsp hickory-smoked salt, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp freeze-dried red onion, 1 tsp chives, and 1 tsp garlic w/ parsley. Set heat to 5.5 (medium high) and cook until browned.
Add 1 lb ground bison, stir in, cook for 10-15 minutes. Add one 8 oz Cuties Tangerine Coconut smoothie and 2 packets of True Orange. Stir in, then add one 15.5 oz can yellow hominy (drained) across top. Don't stir in and cook for 7 minutes.
Serve. Has a wonderful citrus flavor that works with the bison, yam, and hominy rather than smothering it.
