Seascape Blue and Silver Scarf/Tie 1

This is my newly-created scarf-tie. I hand-stitched it together with silver thread, including the distinctive four long stitches to each end. The fabric is thin enough that in the right light you can see the circles on the opposite side like bubbles floating in the blue (visible in some shots here). It can be worn as a belt or a hatband or a scarf, but I made it primarily to wear as a tie, as shown above. This is the first scarf-tie I've made (as opposed to the many I've adapted from various belts, handkerchiefs, and other materials), but it certainly won't be the last.
