Radioactive Screen Animation

Ever watch a television screen through a digital camera?  The screen does interesting things, making shakes an whorls that you do not see with the naked eye.  Likewise, when you zoom in and out on a file, you often see shapes that appear that do not when you re-size it.  Here is an image that caught my eye from Cyborg 2, this radioactive symbol burning during a brief cut scene, seen in this light.
