NOT Eragon 2

This is Eragon, a red-tailed hawk (buteo jamaicensis) and permanent resident at our county wildlife rescue center.  He's come a long way, able to fly a bit and use his bad leg better, though he'll never be releasable.

EDIT: So, it turns out that this is NOT Eragon; sadly, Eragon was in far too much pain despite the surgeries and attempts to aid him, and had to be euthanized.  This is an entirely different red-tailed hawk, imprinted on humans, now residing at the center.  He's recently been put up with Vinnie.
