Mystery Armada - South Battleship Two

Somebody has been making and releasing submarines, battleships, and other mock vessels into the four retaining ponds around the Walmart complex. They appear to be anchored in place, as they do not float about much, and pretty well-made. This nearly capsized cruiser is in the south pond.
