Mystery Armada - Eastern Submarine

Somebody has been making and releasing submarines, battleships, and other mock vessels into the four retaining ponds around the Walmart complex. They appear to be anchored in place, as they do not float about much, and pretty well-made. This submarine is the only vessel in the east central pond.
