Mystery Armada - Beached Battleship

Somebody has been making and releasing submarines, battleships, and other mock vessels into the four retaining ponds around the Walmart complex. They appear to be anchored in place, as they do not float about much, and pretty well-made. This one broke its bonds and washed ashore.
