Momma Possum 1b

Momma Possum came in after a car hit her; she survived, but proved to be blind and possibly deaf.  She also had a pouch full of babies.  One died early, and two more when they put her outside too soon and she couldn't take care of them, forcing us to bring her back inside until the babies were older.  The other six, however, did just fine and have since been released, while their mother will remain a permanent resident due to her disabilities.  This photo was taken on 7-25-14.
