Maui Finds an Egg 3by *Windthin

So Vinnie and Luna have a nest up in the shelves to the right of our computer desk. We actually set it up there, to keep them from roaming about trying to nest under the couch or in other places that they shouldn't be. Every so often they do something very silly, like the day I was sitting here typing and an egg came flying out of their nest at me. No idea how. Well, they lost another one. I found it between the wall and a cord behind the computer, no idea how they got it there.

Took it out, put it on the desk to get rid of later. And Maui found it. And claimed it. And started moving my beads around to make a nest. Vinnie did the same thing when he found it, and the two 'argued' over whose it was.

I have very silly birds.

Cute picture btw, I'm kinda worried if their eggs are gonna be safe or not.

Not to worry; their eggs are not active. Cockatiels can lay eggs without them being fertile, and even if they were initially, they leave them untended long enough that they're not. So there are no little 'tiels in danger here. Our silly birds try, but they're not the best parents.
