This is Luna and Vinnie. Though you cannot see her well here, Luna is a beautiful and gentle cinnamon-colored cockatiel. Vinnie, her mate, is a lutino. They have eggs, but they are not fertilized; they haven't quite gotten the hang of birdy sex, and even when they do, they often leave them alone for too long. Still, they've staked out a nest high in the shelves to the right of the computer. Maui, Luna's former mate, is jealous, but he can't figure out how to get up there. Neither can Luna, actually; since we made it so that Maui couldn't get up there and bother them, only Vinnie can by himself. Luna tells us when it is time to put her there, though. Don't worry about Maui, I spend time with him, and Luna does as well when she's not on the nest.
