Winter doesn't think much of mirrors. She is an English budgie, bred bigger, fluffier, and more stable than normal parakeets. She is also quite unique for her coloration; if you look very closely you can see that she has the normal budgie markings, but in pale gray against white.

We have one like that right now. We also have a purple budgie at the moment. We've actually had two that were white and blue, one currently, one we had for many years, our first budgie together.

We do. We've been fortunate. We've had a lot more budgies over the years, since they sadly don't live as long. Ku'uipo was our first together; he looked a lot like Sparks does now, and his name is Hawaiian for sweetheart. We've also had two Englishes, Judge Jay and Tatertot, and then there've also been Traveller, Logan, Rogue, Robin, Oliver, and Snowball.

thats a lot of budgies. I had two once. but they died too soon : (((

the white one got 1 year old, and the yellow got 2 years old. I think they both died of eggbounding. like Tøffen.

Were they laying? Budgies don't normally lay without being fertilized.
