Homing Pigeon

We normally only handle wild animals at the wildlife rescue center where I volunteer, but this homing pigeon was found disoriented and dehydrated. Its leg bands seem to indicate it's from Milwaukee, so we called up there and are hoping to hear back about who it belongs to.
