Maui likes to go down to this odd out of the way corner back behind the right armrest of our computer chair and bang and peck away. As you can see, and as I've often said, our chair really IS held together with rope and duct tape. It seems to be common male cockatiel behavior to bang their beaks on things to get attention, and they don't always do it on objects that make a decent noise. Whhat is more amusing is watching Vinnie sleeping beside this big old cannister while guarding his nest and waking up every so often with a start and rapping his beak once against it.
