Description

This harvestman is an opilione; they're arachnids, but not spiders. They're predators and scavengers, entirely non-venomous and harmless.  They're also known as daddy longlegs.  Here is a little video of one: Harvestman

The fly is not prey, but rather just happened to land at the right moment before buzzing off again.
