This is Dandy. Soon to be was. She's dying, the first of our flock to leave us in a few years now. The oldest of our current group of budgies. Ever feisty, ever cantankerous, I was only able to get these pictures because of how ill she is. She's our upside-down hanging, pants-hiding, finger-biting, cockatiel-bullying Dandy, and we're going to miss her. I already do.

So sorry, I have a budgie who is about 4 or 5. She is showing that she is getting older. So sorry for your budgie.

That's so saddening.. just read in a previous comment she passed... I am so sorry for your budgie. She is adorable! Nebula, my betta fish I was really close to died a few days ago... I even trained him to swim through a hoop! I know how it feels. RIP Dandy.

Oh wow, I didn't know they were that clever that you could! That's impressive! We still have the rest of our flock, and that helps, but we certainly do miss her. Thank you.

We have 2 little buddies here with us that spend all day nattering away happily....and cats...and a dog...and a rabbit and a guineas pig. We love them all.
