Description

During last 30 minutes, place 1 lb ground bison in a skillet with 1 tbsp kosher salt, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and about 1 tsp Lavender extract paste.  Add several splashes of Oliver peach honey wine and brown on 7.5 (just over medium high), stirring occasionally.  When just about to blacken a bit, add a splash more wine to deglaze and about a third to a half of a bag of broccoli slaw, stirring together.  Serve alongside cranberry rice, linked below.

Free of gluten, egg, dairy, nuts, peanuts, beef, fish, shellfish, grapes, tomatoes, peppers, canola, and sunflower.
