Chicken-Turkey-Onion Hash

Peel and dice one very large yellow candy onion and one large red candy onion.  Place in large saucepan with a few splashes each of olive oil, coconut oil, corn oil, and vegetable oil. Add 2 handfuls Dang toasted caramel sea salt coconut chips and brown on 7 (medium high), stirring often.

Place 1 lb ground turkey and 1 lb ground chicken in medium saucepan.  Add 1 tbsp kosher salt, a splash of coconut oil, a splash of honeycrisp apple wine, 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tsp coriander, and 1/2 tsp ground savory.  Brown on medium-high (7).

When meat is almost entirely browned, stir in one 15 oz can gold-and-white extra-crisp corn and turn heat to high. Add one 15-oz can sliced potatoes, 2 tsp kosher salt, and 1/4 tsp ground coriander to onions and also turn to high. Stir and cook for approx. 7 minutes.  Stir regularly.

Move meat and corn into pan with onions and drop heat to medium.  Add 1/2 lb frozen chopped kale, stir, and cook for 3 minutes longer.  Serve.
