Rachel and Winter 2

My wife, Rachel, with our big fat English budgie Winter. Winter isn't really fat; her thick plumage merely makes her seem that way. She is built on a larger scale than the average parakeet though, bred for both a more stable attitude and the cold climes of Britain. Her coloration is quite rare; instead of the usual black bars and necklace budgies exhibit, as well as many more colorful variants, she is all white and gray, with the pale gray being where other colors normally would go. My wife likes to take her into the bedroom to read with her before bed, though naturally always returns her to the cages before sleeping.
